Compensation: $85K-$125K DOE

- Manage a team of 5 sales representatives.
- Act as a Customer Success Manager, engaging existing members and improving their usage of the product/service.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance customer experience and streamline workflow.
- Work in-office daily in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of building out efficient, scalable sales operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in Customer Success role or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
