Maintenance Sales Representative
Compensation: $80K-$120K DOE
Location: Seattle, WA

They are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Sales Rep to join their dedicated commercial construction team. The role is focused on selling HVAC services, retrofits, upgrades, scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair, as well as unit replacement and design changes.
Maintenance Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
- Selling agreements and services to commercial construction accounts of all types for HVAC service, retrofits, upgrades, scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair, unit replacement, and design changes.
- Prospecting and networking to develop leads and opportunities.
- Identifying and prequalifying new business, writing proposals and contracts.
- Accompanying techs and attending training sessions to grow product knowledge.
- Acquainting customers with technical product info, highlighting solutions brought by the products, and assisting with rebates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in sales and marketing of technical products, systems, or services. HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
- Adept at identifying customer needs and delivering service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-directed and motivated, with proven time management and sales results.
