Inside Sales (Parts Department)
Compensation: $22-$26/hr DOE
Location: Kent, WA
Our client is a leading supplier of industrial equipment, specializing in vacuum, sweepers, utility equipment, and more. They are seeking an individual with a strong sales drive to join their team in the role of Inside Sales for their Parts Department. The individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring the smooth operations of the parts division.
Parts Inside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with parts inquiries and orders.
- Process parts orders via phone, in person, and email.
- Pull parts for customer pickup or walk-in orders.
- Assist with shipping and receiving of parts and inventory.
- Work with internal sales goals and team-based performance metrics.
- Maintain product knowledge for a wide range of large machinery and equipment.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Support customers with walk-in orders and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in parts sales or service counter roles preferred.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment or industrial parts is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
