Our client, a leading provider of pin tumbler cabinet locks, interchangeable core and cabinet lock bodies, and similar high-quality security products, is currently seeking a motivated individual for the role of Inside Sales / Customer Service. In this key position, you will be the initial point of contact for customers across various business sectors. Your role involves answering calls, assisting with product-related inquiries, and leveraging these interactions into sales opportunities, with the support of team members in engineering and sales.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys applying retail and consumer sales skills to B2B solutions. You’ll be responsible for taking calls, processing orders, and utilizing a comprehensive range of software tools, including Slack, MS Suite, Notion, and proprietary ERP and CRM systems. The role offers a competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses, both personal ($500/month) and team-based ($500/month), which are regularly achieved.
