HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative
Compensation: $150K-$200K OTE
Location: Portland, OR
Our client company is a leading provider of HVAC projects and service agreements. They offer full Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, along with an annual vehicle allowance of $12,000. They are currently on the lookout for an individual to fill the role of HVAC Maintenance Sales.
This role is a perfect fit for individuals who enjoy the thrill of the hunt and are not afraid to make cold calls. As the driving force behind new business, you will be selling commercial HVAC maintenance contracts and generating your own leads. The ideal candidate is not afraid of physical work or heights, as the role may involve climbing ladders and rooftops. In this role, you will be the key link in developing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing solutions to help clients optimize their HVAC systems.
HVAC Maintenance Sales Job Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their HVAC service needs and present tailored maintenance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth contract execution and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new HVAC technologies.
- Prepare proposals and contracts, ensuring clear communication of terms and services.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC maintenance sales is required, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and new business generation.
- Physical fitness and comfort with heights are necessary due to the nature of the job.
- The ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service is vital.
- A commitment to staying updated on industry trends and new technologies.
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.
