Senior Project Manager
Compensation: $100K-$130K DOE
Location: Englewood, CO
Our client is a leader in the industry, providing a range of products and services including Acoustic Sound Treatments, Specialty Ceilings, Wall Panels, Cladding, Specialty Metal Panels, and Partitions. They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Woodinville branch.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects involving suspended acoustics, specialty metal, wood, and security ceilings, acoustical wall panels, acoustical sound treatments, stretch wall & ceiling and architectural panel systems, demountable partitions, acoustic pods, interior & exterior cladding, rainscreen systems, and perforated metal panels.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with estimators regarding project scope and value, review and reconcile budgets, supervise Assistant Project Managers during job setups, and manage all aspects of the projects from contracts to deadlines.
Senior Project Manager Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with estimators regarding project scope and value.
- Review and reconcile budgets.
- Oversee Assistant Project Managers during job setups.
- Manage and approve purchase orders.
- Oversee contracts and other project activities.
- Manage project timing and deadlines.
- Visit jobsites to ensure safety and quality.
- Participate in review meetings, training, material tracking, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Solid project management experience in commercial construction.
- Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports, blueprints, and legal documents.
- Experience or understanding of commercial construction terms and procedures.
- Experience in ceilings, drywall, flooring, & specialty panels (preferred).
- Construction Management or Engineering degree (preferred but not required).
