[Commercial HVAC] Estimator / Project Manager | $150K-$200K OTE
Location: Milwaukie, OR
Our client, a highly respected company specializing in commercial HVAC services, is seeking to expand their team by adding two Project Manager / Estimators. This company is known for its family-oriented culture, emphasizing work-life balance and encouraging the use of PTO for family time.
As they continue to grow, they are looking for individuals who can bring expertise in accurately estimating labor costs, finding both small and large project leads, estimating materials and labor, presenting proposals to customers, and managing projects to completion.
While this role does not involve direct management of field personnel, being available for any questions and ensuring project success is key. The primary focus of this position is on the precise estimation of labor costs, a critical factor in securing and successfully completing projects.
HVAC Estimator Job Responsibilities
- Accurately estimate labor costs for commercial HVAC projects.
- Identify and secure both small and large project leads.
- Estimate required materials and labor for projects and present proposals to customers.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Serve as a point of contact for field personnel for any project-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC estimating.
- Strong ability to accurately estimate labor costs and manage projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present proposals effectively to customers.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A team player who is also capable of working independently.
