Commercial Account Manager – $40K – $55K

 

Location: Salem, OR

One of the oldest continuously operated independent agencies in Oregon. Providing auto, home, farm, health, life and business insurance. Our Account Managers work directly with producers, insurance companies & wholesalers to assist our clients with all their insurance and risk management needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Experience with HawkSoft’s agency management system.
  • Handle smaller / select account new business sales independently.
  • Perform coverage reviews annually or as needed.
  • Manage agency management system with up to date information.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years with Independent Broker.
  • Active Property & Casualty License REQUIRED.
  • Experience with Contractors, Truckers, Agriculture and Main Street Business client.
  • Must be dedicated to quality and providing service at a higher level.

Commercial Account Manager – $45K – $65K (DOE) + Bonus

Location: Keizer, OR

The Account Manager will be primarily responsible for the ongoing management of commercial clients. Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers and company personnel in a professional and positive manner. Handle all tasks associated with obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing existing accounts in accordance with all agency

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Producers in the selling and maintenance of Commercial Lines accounts.
  • Include completing applications, marketing the submissions, carrier online rating, creating proposals, new policy set up, billings and binders.
  • Renewal process on existing accounts. This may include producing summaries of insurance, customer visits, completing applications, marketing, proposals, billings and binders.
  • Account Development. In addition to new business, familiarize oneself with other lines the agency could write.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years Experience in Independent Agency
  • 5 + year Experience if in Captive Agency
  • Strong work ethic, punctual, accountability, and dedication is a must

Personal Lines Account Manager – $45 – 50,000 + Bonus

Location: Portland

Our client is a National independent brokerage with an attractive culture. They specialize in Personal, Commercial and Group Benefits Lines, this is a busy, smaller office. They have lots of structure, and have a history of long term retention in this diverse office.

This office works hand in hand with the Commercial lines team, an ideal candidate would have experience collaborating with other departments and teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills will go a long way.

They write a lot of business with direct writers, not a lot of surplus lines business. Candidates from captive and independent agencies will be considered.

Compensation is a $45 to 50,000 base salary, and there will be bonuses for retention, book growth and company profitability. They have an attractive Benefits plan which includes full Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k with an employer match.
