Personal Lines Account Manager – – $60K + DOE

This locally owned, high performance insurance brokerage is looking to add a Personal Lines Account Manager to their team. After developing a strong reputation in the area of Commercial insurance and health benefits, they are looking to expand into Personal Lines, with a focus on High Net Worth.  This officer has a wonderful location, utilizes modern technologies to improve work efficiency and offers perks such as a fully paid Medical, Dental and Vision plan. They are currently growing like crazy and are looking to add someone with experience immediately.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recommends coverage’s and prepares rating quotes and proposals to sell new accounts.
  • Pre-qualifies and analyzes prospects’ coverage needs.
  • Completes applications for insurance and has insured sign them. Submits to eligible and appropriate carries, and follows up to ensure timely receipt of policies or quotations.
  • Processes renewals and re-markets, as needed.
  • Assists clients with making coverage changes and completes all service requests

for clients.

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience with an independent insurance agency.
  • 5 years’ experience in a property & casualty insurance servicing role.
  • Current Oregon P & C License

Benefits Account Manager – $75,000 to 95,000 + Bonuses + Benefits

This role will manage the renewal process for a Self-Funded Block of Group Benefits business. Mostly groups from 50 to 1000 lives, their sweet spot between 150-250 lives. Job Responsibilities

  • Service and cross sell Group benefits, work with other departments to share opportunities
  • Review policies, perform account reviews, handle customer questions, billing, claims & coverage changes
  • Negotiate with carriers

 

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate will experience in Group Benefits (Agency, TPA or Carrier)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good team building skills, collaborates and executes without supervision
