Physical Therapist

Compensation: $90K-$115K DOE
Location:   Silverdale, WA

Our client is a growing outpatient physical therapy practice dedicated to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. Their team specializes in orthopedic and work rehabilitation, offering a collaborative, supportive environment where therapists are empowered to develop professionally and make a meaningful impact on their patients’ lives. They are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team in Silverdale, WA. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, sports, and work-related injuries.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and helping patients safely return to work and daily activities.
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional movement training.
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, employers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Active or eligible Washington State Physical Therapist license.
  • Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and workers’ compensation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach.
  • New graduates and experienced clinicians are equally welcome to apply.
