Senior Sales Executive

Compensation: $90K DOE + commission

Our client, a reputable provider of low-voltage solutions such as Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, Audio Visual Systems, Weapons Detection Systems, Cloud Security Solutions, and Low Voltage Wiring Solutions, is seeking a driven Senior Sales Executive to join their team. They offer a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, and company-provided phone/fuel card.

The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter from the low-voltage space (services, not product) currently driving multi-million dollar business. They will sell to enterprise clients across multiple industries. The role also holds potential for leadership, offering the right candidate the opportunity to lead representatives in the future.

Senior Sales Executive Job Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level businesses.
  • Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, cold-calling, and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with estimators to develop and present customized proposals.
  • Consistently close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Present solutions across a broad range of systems, including Electronic Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Alarms, Fire/Life Safety Systems, IP-Based Intercoms, Mass Notification, and Gunshot Detection.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and conduct follow-ups to maintain long-term satisfaction.

This role will have an annual quota of at least $2M to start.

Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of Security/Low-Voltage solutions sales experience
  • Proven track record as a high-volume hunter
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and self-starting abilities
  • Ability to present and sell to enterprise-level clientele
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Leadership experience is a plus
