Operations Manager

Compensation: $75K-$80K DOE

Location:   Shoreline, WA

Our client is a leading supplier of commercial and pedestrian doors, and fireplaces. They offer a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Our client is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager for their Shoreline location. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily operations, overseeing warehouse organization, and providing office support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the business operations and requires a candidate who is organized, practical and a strong communicator.

The ideal candidate should have a background in small business construction or similar industries.

Operations Manager Job Responsibilities


  • Manage daily operations and ensure the workday starts on time.
  • Unload delivery trucks (approximately 10 per week).
  • Manage warehouse organization and stocking.
  • Coordinate heavy equipment scheduling for job sites.
  • Manage a small office team and ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer service calls and resolve issues as required.
  • Provide support wherever needed to keep operations moving.

Qualifications


  • Previous experience in managing people, preferably in construction, small business, or operations.
  • Comfortable working in both the warehouse and office settings.
  • A strong organizer and problem-solver capable of multitasking.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Willingness to assist physically when required.
