Sr. Client Success Manager

Compensation: $80K-$90K OTE

Location:   Portland, OR

Our client, a leading provider in telecom, physical security, and cybersecurity solutions, offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Success Manager. This role is critical to the organization’s commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth. With a portfolio of around 100 existing accounts, the Senior Client Success Manager focuses on customer retention and account expansion — no cold calling or outside prospecting required.

Client Success Manager Job Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of 100+ clients.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across telecom, cybersecurity, and physical security solutions.
  • Partner with clients in industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and automotive to understand their business needs.
  • Serve as a consultative advisor — helping customers consolidate systems, improve connectivity, and integrate new technologies.
  • Oversee the sales cycle for both one-time and recurring service work, including bundled product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project management teams to deliver on client expectations.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of our client’s flagship M-Suite solutions, connectivity services, and managed offerings.
  • Use data and customer insights to proactively identify growth opportunities.
