Surety & Commercial Account Manager
Compensation: $55K-$65K DOE
Location: Beaverton, OR
Our client, a leading insurance provider that offers an extensive range of commercial, group benefits, individual benefits and personal lines of insurance, is seeking an experienced Surety & Commercial Account Manager. This role involves managing client relationships and navigating insurance policies, providing an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Commercial Account Manager Job Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with multiple insurance companies/MGAs to negotiate and obtain quotes, binders, endorsements, etc.
- Maintain relationships with clients, setting pre-renewal meetings, preparing information for policy review, creating estimates and quotes for clients/prospects, negotiating with carriers, remarketing accounts, processing policy changes, certificates, endorsements, and binding policies.
- Manage the daily servicing of the clients, answering questions, etc.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling products to clients and prospects when it’s in their best interest.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recent commercial lines account management experience.
- Commercial property OR Contractor account experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Applied Epic is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage complex renewals while working under tight schedules and deadlines.
- Must be able to come into the office as needed for meetings and trainings.
- Core office hours are 8:30am to 5pm.
