Insurance Sales Executive

Our client, a seasoned player in the business for over 40 years, specializes in Employee Benefits (B2B) plans. They offer an impressive company culture, superior training, and resources to aid you in creating a sustainable book of business. They provide a platform where you can effectively utilize your business-to-business sales skills to generate residual income.

This position is not an office job with walk-in traffic. Instead, you’ll be responsible for generating your own prospects, setting appointments, networking, and converting warm and cold leads into relationship prospects. You will have the opportunity to have a mentor, if needed, to guide you in maintaining your pipeline of business, making presentations, and closing your deals while the support staff maintains client relationships.

In addition to providing resources to support your business, our client can transform a good B2B sales representative, who’s used to chasing a monthly quota, into a specialist in the healthcare industry with a book of business.

Compensation is dependent on experience and includes either a base salary or draw for those with industry experience. Full benefits covering medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k are also included.

Qualifications

• Consultative sales experience (not pitching to B2C clientele)
• Ability to self-generate leads
• Current WA State Life & Health (Disability) License
• Experience as a hunter (B2B sales)
• Growth Mindset
• Expectations to Cold Call (50-100 cold calls / day)
• Live within 10 miles of Tacoma, WA
• Track Record of Stability
