Our client, a Seattle-based leader in first aid equipment, supplies, and facilities, is expanding rapidly, achieving three consecutive years of double-digit growth (29%, 24%, and 32%). Known for top-quality products, superior service, and a solution-based approach, they are seeking a Sales & Service Representative (SSR) to cover the South Puget Sound region. This role will serve accounts from Olympia to Tacoma or Tacoma to Fife, depending on the candidate’s location.
This position is ideal for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional who enjoys working independently. After training, you will work from your home office, managing a company van to service established customer accounts. Each week, you will receive a shipment of inventory, restock your vehicle, and deliver and replenish first aid supplies while identifying upsell opportunities. The role also includes light installation work (e.g., mounting cabinets, eyewash stations, and AEDs), so basic tool skills are required.
Successful SSRs have strong earning potential, with monthly bonuses averaging $1,000 and top performers earning over $1,700. The flexible schedule allows most reps to finish their workday by 2-3 PM.
