[Packaging] Outside Sales Representative | $75K-$100K OTE

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of fostering meaningful client relationships and expanding the company’s client base. Outside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Proactively generating leads, booking appointments, and conducting face-to-face prospect discovery and presentations.
- Developing and nurturing a personal book of business from the ground up.
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of client needs to provide accurate quotes and tailored package design solutions.
- Managing accounts with a customer-centric approach to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with the design and implementation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective pipeline management and closing skills.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of outside sales experience with a demonstrable track record of high achievement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software applications.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Proven expertise in prospecting, follow-up, and value-added consultative selling.
- Exceptional presentation skills and interpersonal prowess.
- A robust work ethic, strong motivation, and a competitive nature.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
