Member Success Specialist
Compensation: $55K DOE
Location: Bellevue, WA

The Member Success Specialist will play a crucial role in the organization, functioning as a white-glove account manager. This role will be responsible for helping clients understand and best utilize the network, re-engaging inactive members, and solving problems to enhance client satisfaction and ensure the smooth operation of the network.
Member Success Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding and utilizing the network effectively
- Engage inactive members and encourage their active participation
- Resolve client problems and inquiries efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
- Highly motivated and driven
- Background in white-glove customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
