Inside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to incoming calls and inquiries regarding equipment rentals.
- Setting up and managing rental program contracts to ensure a smooth rental process for customers.
- Closing rental deals and ensuring all rental procedures are adhered to.
- Assisting customers in identifying the right equipment for their projects and guiding them through the rental process.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure availability and readiness of equipment for rentals.
- Maintaining accurate records of all rental transactions and ensuring all documentation is complete and correct.
Qualifications
- At least one year of sales experience, with a background in equipment and/or construction being a huge plus.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment relevant to the rental industry.
- Ability to adhere to a standard work schedule without interference.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
