Group Benefits Insurance Producer
Compensation: $75K-$250K DOE
Location: Englewood, CO
Phoenix, AZ
Our client’s company specializes in offering Personal, Commercial, and Group Benefits Lines of Insurance. Currently, they are seeking Benefits Producers for two locations: Phoenix, Arizona, and Colorado. The role involves generating prospects, networking, establishing credibility, building strong relationships, and closing deals in the Mid Market space.
Group Benefits Insurance Producer Job Responsibilities
- Generate own prospects and network effectively
- Establish credibility and strong relationships with clients
- Consult on business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Close deals independently
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience selling Employee/Group Benefits Lines with an independent broker
- Proven track record of success in validating sales in the past
- Ability to bring in referrals with a book of business or a solid business plan
- Experience in the Mid Market space is preferred
