[Doors] Estimator
Compensation: $75K-$90K DOE
Location: Auburn, WA
Our client’s company specializes in providing residential doors and related services. They are currently seeking a dedicated Estimator to join their team. The Estimator will play a crucial role in construction projects, handling various responsibilities related to estimating, blueprint reading, managing submittals, and project closeouts.
Door Estimator Job Responsibilities
- Answering phones and assisting customers, including walk-ins and will-call customers
- Preparing cut sheets and sending them to contractors
- Redlining and making necessary changes throughout projects
- Providing warranty information and finalizing project documentation
- Reading blueprints and performing take-offs for projects
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading plans for doors, millwork, and associated hardware
- Understanding of state regulations related to construction
- Experience with Excel, Bluebeam, and blueprint reading
- Office experience is required
