[Compressors & Pumps] Field Service Technician | $52K-$83K DOE

Field Service Technician Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, service, repair, and install customers’ equipment, including air compressors, vacuum systems, blowers, and controls.
- Review work orders and prepare necessary tools, parts, and equipment for service calls.
- Load company vehicles with required supplies and travel to customer locations.
- Interact with customers professionally, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues.
- Perform pre- and post-call administrative tasks, such as updating work order notes, completing time cards, and managing inventory/parts used.
- Work with a diverse range of products, including standard and custom-built compressors, oil-free and conventional pumps, hydraulics, rotational, reciprocating, and centrifugal systems, as well as electronic controls and variable speed drives.
Qualifications
- Trainee: Demonstrated mechanical ability and a passion for learning and growing in the field.
- Experienced: Previous field experience working with compressors, pumps, controls, or similar equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
