Commercial / Personal Lines Account Manager
Compensation: $55K-$65K DOE
Location: Redmond, WA
Our client, a leading provider of both Commercial & Personal Lines of Insurance, is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join their 8-person office. They offer a comprehensive benefits package including full medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.
The role demands an individual who can manage the complete renewal process from A-Z. The company focuses on National Real Estate, Apartments & Condos as well as an array of small commercial businesses. They are about to acquire a book of business that includes Small Market Commercial Lines AND Personal Lines, and the new hire will play a pivotal role in managing this.
Account Manager Job Responsibilities
- Manage the entire renewal process from A-Z.
- Carry out audits, process certificates, and endorsements, re-market to carriers.
- Close off the market on carrier quotes and support a producer.
- Perform account rounding.
- Efficiency is critical, as the office demands efficient individuals.
Note: It’s essential that candidates can perform all these functions, including re-marketing. The role offers remote working opportunities for experienced Account Managers. However, candidates that need supervision may not be a suitable fit for this employer.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of Independent Broker Experience.
- The ability to manage the entire renewal process from A-Z, including audits, processing certificates & endorsements, re-marketing to carriers, and account rounding. Candidates that cannot perform all these functions will not be considered.
- The company is open to hiring someone who knows Commercial lines and teaching them personal lines.
- Experience as an independent broker is a must.
