Our client, a reputable entity in the HVAC industry, offers comprehensive service and maintenance solutions, including HVAC construction and custom metal fabrication. The company also provides competitive benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO.

They are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Service and Maintenance Sales Representative to play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored HVAC solutions.

Service & Maintenance Sales Job Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property management companies, contractors, and building owners.
• Prepare and present tailored HVAC solutions, including equipment sales and maintenance agreements.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically in equipment, maintenance, and service agreements.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC controls and design-build construction projects.
• Proficiency in standard construction software applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school graduate. Trade school and/or apprenticeship preferred.
