Industrial Branch Manager

Compensation: $80K DOE + incentives

Location:   Portland, OR

Our client operates in the hydraulic and automation components industry, offering an array of products and services including hoses, fittings, instrumentation, lubrication, and filtration products. They provide competitive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. The company is seeking a Branch Manager to take the reins of a key location. This pivotal role involves overseeing a diverse team, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind the company’s flagship brand and will have the opportunity to work with customers across multiple industries including power generation, agriculture, and food production.

Industrial Branch Manager Job Responsibilities


  • Oversee territory managers (outside sales), inside sales, admin, and operations/shipping/receiving.
  • Drive revenue growth and handle key accounts.
  • Navigate and manage relationships with customers at various levels, from purchasing agents to engineers to end users.

Qualifications


  • Able to leverage both relational and transactional sales styles.
  • Proven sales and supervisory success.
  • Familiarity with industrial products, preferably of the client’s brand, is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of P&L responsibility, team supervision, and successful growth strategies.
