- Partner with producers to deliver exceptional service to new and renewal clients, focusing on retention and strategic growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and MGAs to negotiate quotes, secure endorsements, and manage other policy documentation.
- Cross-sell additional products to clients and prospects, enhancing service and value.

Qualifications
