Commercial Insurance Producer
Compensation: $60K-$120K Draw
Location: Portland, OR
Our client’s company is a leading provider of commercial and personal lines of insurance. They are currently seeking a Commercial Producer to join their team. As a Commercial Producer, you will have the opportunity to generate your own prospects, establish strong relationships, consult on business needs, and close deals.
Commercial Insurance Producer Job Responsibilities
- Generate and network with prospects to build a strong pipeline
- Establish credibility and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Consult with clients on their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling commercial insurance with an independent broker
- Experience with direct writers from Sentry, Federated, Liberty Mutual, or a Carrier rep is a plus
- Strong network and book of business that can be brokered or transitioned
- Ability to outline existing contacts, relationships, centers of influence, and target markets
- Minimum revenue threshold of $5,000
