Location: Lacey, WA
Are you knowledgeable in the field of electrical contractor supplies and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Our client, a provider of electrical contractor supplies, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position will primarily involve inside parts counter sales, providing an opportunity to apply your industry knowledge to help customers.
Inside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Provide inside parts counter sales service.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, utilizing your extensive industry knowledge.
- Quote prices based on plans provided.
- Take and manage customer orders.
- Pull and track orders, logging data accurately in the internal system.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge in the electrical contractor supplies industry.
- Proven experience in a similar sales role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately log and manage order data.
