Location:   Richland, WA

Our client is a renowned company in the Land Development and Construction industry. They are currently looking for a Superintendent to lead and manage a 144-unit project in Richland, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for career advancement in a growing company.

Superintendent Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction, projects, scheduling, and best practices.
• Oversee daily operations, cost control, and procurement of tools and materials.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, engineers, home office, and crew.
• Document and track progress and schedules, purchase orders, RFI’s, safety reports, team performance, and completion log.
• Ensure owner satisfaction and compliance with specifications and standards at project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction, specifically residential construction is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage projects independently.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills for cost and communication updates.
• Knowledge of scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction trades.
• High level of initiative and integrity.
• Positive attitude and personality that aligns with the company culture.
