Service Writer
Compensation: $25-$30/hr DOE
Location: Auburn, WA
Our client is a leading provider of material handling solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative products to their customers. Based out of their Auburn, Washington branch, they specialize in servicing customers’ equipment and maintaining a company-owned rental fleet. The Service Writer position is a fast-paced, full-time role that plays a key part in ensuring the timely and efficient servicing of customer equipment. This position involves interacting with customers in a positive, professional manner, scheduling service work, writing service repair quotes and orders, and coordinating repairs. The Service Writer will also recommend and sell additional services to meet customers’ needs.

Service Writer Job Responsibilities
- Interact with customers respectfully and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Schedule service work, write quotes and orders, and coordinate customer repairs in an organized manner.
- Facilitate the timely servicing of the company-owned rental fleet.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional customer services as required.
- Maintain a working knowledge of company safety policies and uphold them in all aspects of the role.
- Actively participate in training programs for Parts, Sales, and Service departments.
