Sales / Service Float | $52K-$56K+Bonus
Location: Travels between locations.
A rapidly growing Seattle-based company specializing in first aid equipment, supplies, and facilities is seeking a dedicated Sales & Service Representative (Float) to join their expanding team.
This role requires travel to various territories in need, providing essential services and support for two to three weeks at a time. The successful candidate will be flexible, organized, and customer-focused, with a knack for light construction and tool use.
Service & Sales Float Job Responsibilities
- Travel to designated territories, covering service needs for two to three weeks at a time.
- Service areas in Seattle, Denver, Portland, and potentially other locations.
- Manage and update inventory records, placing daily orders for the upcoming week.
- Set your schedule and route, ensuring efficient completion of daily tasks.
- Install cabinets, eyewash stations, and AEDs as needed.
- Provide high-quality service, including the delivery and restocking of first aid supplies such as OTC meds, bandages, ointments, antiseptics, and trauma kits.
- Offer training services to customers, enhancing their understanding and use of first aid products.
- Maintain a fully-stocked van, with travel arrangements covered by the company (hotel, travel, and $40 per diem).
- Potential for promotion to a regular Sales & Service Representative role as opportunities arise.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or service.
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to various locations and schedules.
- Savvy with light construction and use of tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
