Sales / Service Administrator | $25-$30/hr DOE
Location: Woodinville, WA
Our client is a reputable manufacturer of premium grass catchers for the lawn and garden industry. Their products are sold nationwide, with significant distribution to dealers, distributors, and other manufacturers.
As they prepare to expand into a larger facility, they seek a dedicated Sales & Service Administrator. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the business, understand the supply chain, and eventually grow into higher responsibilities within the company.
Sales / Service Administrator Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide client service.
- Track orders in process, communicating with both customers and production.
- Perform data entry into the Order/Project Management Tracking system.
- Assist with production, shipping, or fulfillment when necessary.
- Gain an understanding of the supply chain and end-user relationships in the lawn and garden industry.
- Take ownership of finding solutions and being helpful to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to learn and navigate a custom-built ERP system.
- Willingness to assist in various areas of the business, including production and shipping.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client assistance.
