Route Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently restocking cabinets, workstations, kits, etc., with an average of 5-6 stops per day, ensuring a seamless supply of essential medical products.
- Engaging in cross-selling and upselling within accounts on the route, expanding the spectrum of supplies availed by clients.
- Maintaining a dedicated area such as an office or garage for inventory management, initiating the day’s route from home.
- Effectively managing customer expectations, including tactfully communicating a “no” when necessary, all while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Utilizing basic computer literacy skills to process orders and record sales, ensuring an accurate reflection of transactions.
