Rigging Fabricator
Compensation: $27-$32/hr DOE
Location: Seattle, WA
Join our client’s company, a leader in rigging, cranes, sectional barges, winches, wire rope, and hoists. We are currently seeking a Rigging Fabricator to contribute to the fabrication of safe and reliable rigging equipment used for lifting and moving various large objects.
This role requires a background in construction, lifting equipment, and related materials and processes, ensuring the critical equipment meets high safety standards.
Rigging Fabricator Job Responsibilities
- Fabricate rigging equipment used for lifting and moving girders, timber, concrete vaults, pilings, and other large objects
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure the safety and reliability of the fabricated rigging
- Utilize knowledge of math for measuring and marking, and apply a practical understanding of balance and physics in the fabrication process
Qualifications
- Certified rigger preferred; alternatively, candidates with experience in construction or timber rigging work are encouraged to apply
- Experience in construction projects and a desire for stability and growth within a reputable company
- Must be reliable, intelligent, and demonstrate stability in previous roles
