Project Coordinator
Compensation: $80K+ DOE
Location: Tukwila, WA

They are seeking a Project Coordinator to contribute to their New Construction and Service Maintenance operations. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to establish a long-term career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Write proposals for preventative maintenance contracts and service work.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Manage material and equipment buyouts, including quote collection and purchase orders for both new construction and service projects.
- Prepare submittals, IOM documentation, and binders for project delivery.
- Review submittals and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Draft, track, and manage project-related documents with precision and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or service industries.
- Proven expertise in scheduling and dispatching service technicians.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to long-term career growth with a stable track record (no frequent job changes).
