This role is vital to the company, as it involves preparing accurate plumbing material quotes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting the sales team.
Commercial Quotations Job Responsibilities
- Review project plans, specifications, and RFQs to prepare accurate plumbing material quotes.
- Source pricing and availability from vendors and manufacturers.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and timelines.
- Ensure quotes are submitted on time and meet customer expectations.
- Track quote activity and follow up with clients as needed.
- Support the sales team with technical product knowledge and quote revisions.
