Packaging Production Assistant
Compensation: $18-$20/hr DOE
Location: Arlington, WA

They are currently seeking a Production Assistant – Packaging to support their manufacturing team and help ensure the efficient production of their innovative products.
Production Assistant Job Responsibilities
- Perform packaging tasks under limited supervision in a manufacturing environment.
- Lift and carry up to 65 pounds independently.
- Stand and perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive motions, throughout the shift.
- Read and follow work specifications accurately.
- Use tools such as box cutters and measure products with scales in ounces, pounds, and grams.
- Perform basic math calculations to meet product specifications.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for the Monday-Friday shift.
Qualifications
- Physically capable of lifting up to 65 pounds and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with mass units for measuring products.
- Ability to read and interpret work specifications.
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and safety-conscious.
- Punctual, self-motivated, and able to follow directions in English.
