Market Development Representative Job Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives in researching and prospecting to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
- Maintain daily activity metrics, including making 30-50 calls per day.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Receive comprehensive training in strategic selling with a focus on penetrating targeted accounts.
- Serve as an Account Manager for small to medium-sized customers in the designated territory.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to employ territory-specific strategies.
- Leverage CRM and LinkedIn to conduct detailed account research and engage with prospective customers.
Qualifications
- Significant inside sales experience with a proven track record in prospect qualification.
- Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage quotas and metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Highly motivated and self-starting attitude.
