[Packaging] Account Executive | $100K-$150K OTE
Location: Seattle, WA
Are you an experienced sales professional with a knack for establishing strong business relationships? Our client, a leader in the packaging industry, offers a comprehensive range of packaging solutions, including packaging equipment and food contact flexible materials. They are looking for an Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team and help continue their trajectory of growth.
The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s customer base, particularly in the realms of packaging equipment and food contact flexible materials. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background—experience in packaging is a plus, but not a requirement.
Account Executive Job Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
- Identify opportunities for business growth and generate leads within the targeted market segments
- Develop tailored sales strategies and proposals to meet customer needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction
- Track and manage sales activities, maintaining up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in sales; experience in packaging, packaging equipment, or food contact flexible materials is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
