Office Equipment Technician Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair office equipment, including copiers, printers, and fax machines, utilizing technical diagnostics, software downloads, installation, and removal.
- Manage call activity and perform administrative requirements to close calls.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective use of customer management skills and engaging team support when necessary.

Qualifications

- Positive attitude, outgoing, self-motivated, and committed to high performance.
- Ability to identify problems in straightforward situations and make sound decisions using standard procedures.
- Capable of working within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
