Occupational Therapist | $92K-$104K OTE
Location: Woodinville, WA
Our client, a distinguished provider of physical therapy services, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist or Women’s Health Physical Therapist to join their team.
Located on an island close to Seattle, the practice offers a pleasant and supportive environment, ideal for professionals passionate about their work and committed to avoiding burnout common in healthcare. This role emphasizes personalized, one-on-one client interactions, fostering a close-knit and collaborative atmosphere within the team.
Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one visits with clients, ensuring each session is personalized and effective.
- Maintain a caseload of 45 visits per week, with 53 available slots throughout the week, aiming for a 90% caseload.
- Provide individual counseling sessions without overlapping appointments.
- Manage appointments efficiently, developing and implementing personalized counseling plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Stay updated with the latest counseling techniques and continuous learning in the field.
Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient care is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
- Strong ability to build relationships with patients and communicate effectively.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, personalized care and avoiding burnout.
- Passion for the field and a desire to work in a supportive, collaborative environment.
