Marketing & Business Development Manager
Compensation: $70K-$80K DOE

Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Manage content creation for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, website updates, blog posts, and email campaigns.
- Create and implement social media and digital marketing strategies, managing paid ads and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Produce video content, including educational materials and customer testimonial videos, to highlight company expertise.
- Support the sales team by developing custom marketing materials such as proposal templates, case studies, and product literature.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging to maintain the company’s position as a premier provider in the region, while exploring opportunities for market expansion.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify business development initiatives, propose ideas for new markets, services, or partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally with business development exposure.
- Experience in construction-related marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Strong skills in content creation, graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus), and video production.
- Experience managing SEO/SEM campaigns and maintaining websites.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge or experience in the roofing, siding, or construction industry is advantageous.
