Our client, a dynamic and growing company in the marketing industry, is seeking a Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate will be a creative and motivated individual with an interest in digital marketing, event planning, and content creation.

Marketing Associate Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing company events, open houses, and community gatherings
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor communications, and attendee management
• Create event materials and promotional content
• Draft and design engaging email campaigns and newsletters
• Create eye-catching landing pages for events and promotions
• Write compelling copy for various marketing channels
• Develop and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
• Monitor and engage with our online community
• Track social media metrics and suggest improvements
• Create and edit marketplace listings with compelling descriptions
• Optimize product/service postings for visibility and engagement
• Update and maintain marketplace inventory

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic design skills and familiarity with Canva or similar tools
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) preferred
• Photography or video editing skills preferred
• Previous event planning or coordination experience preferred
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) preferred
