Maintenance Manager | $120K+ DOE
Location: Ukiah / Scotia, CA
Join a leading company in the Sawmill and Planer industry as a Maintenance Manager. This vital role focuses on managing and directing the maintenance team to optimize uptime and efficiency. The Maintenance Manager will employ methodologies such as Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and Predictive and Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
Maintenance Manager Job Responsibilities
- Provide plant-wide support to optimize uptime and efficiency.
- Develop training programs to enhance the maintenance team’s skill levels.
- Analyze equipment performance data and implement programs to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Lead Failure Mode and Root Cause Analyses.
- Develop project proposals including scopes of work and financial justifications.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum ten years of progressive sawmill maintenance experience, including leadership roles.
- Basic Algebra, Geometry, and proficient in MS Office.
- Familiarity with OSHA codes.
- Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical controls.
- Valid driver’s license.
