Machine Operator
Compensation: $40K-$45K OTE
Location: Arlington. WA

They are seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production equipment. Under limited supervision, the Machine Operator will handle a variety of semi-skilled tasks, including monitoring equipment, measuring ingredients, maintaining production logs, and ensuring product quality. This position requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Machine Operator Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Perform tasks such as lifting up to 45 lbs., standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Use scales to accurately measure ingredients and maintain logs for traceability.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any equipment issues promptly.
- Maintain quality standards by following production guidelines.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, safety-focused, punctual, and motivated.
- Experience operating and monitoring production equipment.
- Basic math skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Proficiency with basic software, including Microsoft Suite, and project management tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, product technology, and design principles.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and assess competitive landscapes.
