Machine Operator [Swing Shift]
Compensation: $20-$22/hr DOE
Location: Arlington, WA

They are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator – Swing Shift to join their production team, contributing to the efficient manufacturing of their products.
Machine Operator Job Responsibilities
- Operate machinery in a manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and reaching for the duration of the shift.
- Lift and carry up to 65 pounds independently.
- Read and interpret work specifications, following directions provided in English.
- Use tools such as box cutters and measure products accurately using scales in ounces, pounds, and grams.
- Perform basic math calculations and ensure product specifications are met.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality for the Monday-Friday swing shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM).
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 65 pounds independently and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a motivated work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions in English.
