Journeyman Carpenter / Foreman | $70K-$95K DOE
Location: Lynnwood, WA
A leading home remodeling company specializing in both interior and exterior renovations is seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter / Foreman to oversee remodel projects from start to finish. This role requires a skilled leader who can manage teams of contractors and subcontractors, ensure customer satisfaction, and make necessary adjustments to plans and designs on-site.
Restoration Construction Carpenter Job Responsibilities
- Oversee remodel projects from beginning to end, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Lead teams of contractors and subcontractors, providing direction and supervision.
- Work closely with customers, maintaining a professional and client-facing demeanor.
- Review plans and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Build and install wood structures, including finish work such as windows, doors, cabinets, window wraps, baseboards, and crown molding.
- Inspect work performed by other carpenters and trades, conducting reports, repairs, or maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential remodeling.
- At least 2 years of experience as a lead carpenter or foreman.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and designs.
- Skilled in building and installing wood structures and finish work.
- Ability to inspect, report on, and maintain carpentry and trades work on-site.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual.
- Must have own tool sets.
- Ability to provide professional references.
