Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative | $20-$21/hr + Bonus
Location: Lynnwood, WA
Our client’s company specializes in manufacturing rekeyable, pin tumbler cabinet locks, interchangeable core and cabinet lock bodies, and similar items. They are a leader in the industry, providing high-quality security solutions to businesses and individuals.
Currently, they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team and be the initial point of contact for customers in all related businesses.
Inside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their needs and product-related questions
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities with the support of the engineering and sales teams
- Enter orders accurately and efficiently using various software programs, including Slack, MS Suite, Notion, and proprietary ERP and CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or consumer sales environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with a humble and customer-focused attitude
