HVAC Account Executive | $90K-$130K OTE

HVAC Account Executive Job Responsibilities
- Actively promote the temperature controls division, ensuring a robust market presence and a continuous influx of business opportunities.
- Generate leads and hunt for new business prospects, establishing a solid clientele base.
- Engage in estimating, quoting, and negotiating design/build projects, ensuring competitiveness and value for both the company and the clients.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored automation control and HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience in controls automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar field.
- Membership with ASHRAE is highly preferable.
- Credentials such as LEED, CEM, FE, and PE are greatly desired.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
