Field Service Technician | $27-$40/hr DOE
Location: Central WA

They are currently seeking a Field Service Technician who can not only understand the intricate details of technical documents but also excel in diagnosing and repairing specialized machinery. Field Service Technician Job Responsibilities
- Interpret technical documents such as sketches, schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals to guide troubleshooting procedures.
- Diagnose issues using systematic methods and diagnostic tools, and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct visual and auditory inspections to identify machinery malfunctions; dismantle machinery using hand and power tools when required.
- Inspect and measure parts for wear or misalignment; adjust and realign components as necessary.
- Apply extensive knowledge in electrical circuits, mechanics, and pneumatics in daily tasks.
- Verify proper electrical supply and voltage; test and replace faulty components.
- Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Maintain the company vehicle and oversee the inventory of truck parts and tools.
- Complete paperwork in a timely manner, including time cards and work orders.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
- EPA Universal and refrigeration training.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and undertake overnight travel.
- Proficiency in system troubleshooting and effective customer relations.
- Physical capability to exert force within specified limits (10-100 lbs.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
