Cooking Supervisor [Swing Shift]
Compensation: $25-$28/hr DOE + OT
Location: Arlington, WA

They are currently seeking a Cooking Supervisor to oversee the swing shift operations in their production department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Cooking Supervisor Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in the cooking department during the swing shift.
- Prioritize, schedule, and delegate tasks to meet production goals.
- Train and develop team members to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, GMPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Improve production methods and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage required documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate downtime for maintenance and ensure equipment functionality.
- Oversee the entire production process, from raw materials to finished goods.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams of up to 20 associates.
- Strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement practices.
- Flexibility for extended hours or shift changes.
